Student Volunteers

If you are an M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or PA student at Weill Cornell Medicine and are interested in volunteering for the WiSH Clinic, please contact the executive directors at wish@med.cornell.edu to inquire about open positions.

We are looking to collaborate with other student-run harm-reduction clinics in the NYC area. Please email us at wish@med.cornell.edu stating your name, position, clinic, and medical school and a brief description of the project.

To ensure the safety of our volunteers, all student volunteers will be expected to complete naloxone administration and distribution training and a WiSH orientation that will review important safety and emergency protocols.

Physician Volunteers

We are looking for board-certified physicians within the NYP and Weill Cornell network to volunteer at our clinic. We are looking for physicians with clinical experience in the fields of internal medicine, psychiatry, addiction medicine, and emergency medicine, but we will consider applications from all specialties and subspecialties.

Please email us at wish@med.cornell.edu stating your name, position, year of last board-certification, and a brief description of clinical experience in the field of addition medicine. One of our staff members will contact you as soon as possible.
